[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great. I own a UHD samsung tv 55 inch. The difference between those 2 tvs were beyond different than I imagine. The tv brightness was really bright but im not complaining about it. The resolution was better than the other tv I had. Seeing how all the quality was I was surprised. Given that tv was great I might get a oled tv as well. Im happy that im a samsung customer.

I love that the connection ports are on the TV and not a separate hub like my last Samsung TV. Easy to use remote control with solar and USB charging saves on batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 4-year-old Samsung QLED, and the more I watch, the better I'm liking this one. The picture is colorful and clear. It was somewhat tricky to set up and took a while, but I attribute that fact to being almost 60 and not quite as tech savvy as a younger person. The sound isn't horrible, but I'm glad I already had a sound bar with a dedicated sub. It's really easy to navigate between apps, and Samsung TV Plus is a great addition. Samsung hasn't let me down yet, and this model gives a lot of bang for your buck.

the tv cuts out, goes to black screen, comes back, then black screen again. sometimes there's a spinning wheel on the black screen
