It is inconvenient to have to use different remote controls for the TV and the volume control. Voices are sometimes hard to understand because music is too loud. Some TVs have a setting that will mitigate this problem. If this TV has such a setting, I was unable to find it

Brightness, contrast, clear resolution, vibrancy of colors, ease of solar remote is great. I recommend a sound bar. The volume/sound is not as great as ever other feature on this tv.

This app is absolutely awful. I want to see the specs to the TV to see if will work in the environment I need. It’s a simple spread sheet that one would expect. No, just video after video with every swipe. The app is so awful to use I won’t even bother looking further. It’s so incredibly frustrating. When a person clicks “specs” just show them the specs. You don’t have to be selling every second. On to other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great clarity, I’m older, so it took time and used all the settings on the remote, and the smart tv app on my cell phone, to get the best picture. Many different tv options, like Amazon Prime tv, Netflix, Hulu, Samsung tv, and many others. I’d like to stop the tv voice feature, which is a bit creepy and quite annoying - but overall, we are very happy with the greatly improved picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is crisp and vibrant! I love the resolution which makes the images realistic! It was also so easy to set-up! There is a motion feature that wakes up the TV which we disabled because it kept on turning on but it could be useful for some.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some pay apps are on Samsung TV. Example MGM+ I had to stop paying for this app because can't download app. Hard to have to go to Roku to watch. I hate having to use the Roku and firestick controller. Your controller should work all 3.

It's dual audio capability does a great job with that. Plus, the picture color and clarity is great. I'm well satisfied with it, except that I wish Samsung were not so intrusive with their features. I dislike some, but can't turn them off.
