It’s has a tantalizing light for the insects to be attracted and then a fan to suck them on to the trap. The fan is really quiet and the trap is easily replaceable. I like that it’s free of chemical insecticides to keep my loved ones away from harmful chemicals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to try this in hopes it would help my little gnat issue. It wasn't a quick fix, but something that has seemed to help over time. I feel like I have to keep it plugged in and running. I keep it in the kitchen and will still catch a gnat or 2 flying by in the living room. I do like the fact it catches more than just gnats!! One downside is that sometimes the gnat won't get completely stuck on the sticky part. So if you open it up, it will fly out. I try to open slowly to avoid any escaping!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great, not having to spray some chemical product and instead having this UV light trapper is awesome. I think will last long, is quiet and adjustable and most of all, portable to anywhere you can move it. I think is a very good option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think having a device like this is pretty cool, but I think this is more for either being outdoors than inside, unless you have a lot of pests flying around. I don't have a lot of flies, etc in my house so barely anything gets inside. I will continue to use this and see if anything gets inside, but for now I think it's an okay product to have.

This is great product if you suffering from mosquito and other insects indoor or outdoor. I am a big fan of STEM product so I knew this would be great for my patio. I use it every day and I am happy with it. If you want freedom from mosquito bites, try this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept of this bug trap, specifically that it's mechanical & no chemicals at all. It is very neat looking & small so it's not super conspicuous (though I don't know that any bug trap is truly attractive). It is very easy to use. I'm not sure how effective it truly is, though. We used it around the house, in various spots, for over a month but only caught 3 little gnats. Unfortunately, we couldn't stand the sound of the fan - it is very high pitched so we ran it as little as possible. We also don't have many flying insects, so this could be more useful in the summer. For me, two changes would make this more useful/something I would truly use: 1) the fan to be quieter & less high pitched (overstimulated parents can't handle it, y'all) and 2) making this cordless. The cord is unattractive & also severely limits where this can be used.

It wasn’t a loud noise but it did irritate my dog for some reason. That is the only thing about it! He kept barking at it. So I easily moved it to another room and it was good!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is simple to use. You take on of the sticky pieces and put it in the bottom of the canister and plug it in. The light and fan turns on once it’s plugged in. The cord for this trap is quite short (about 1-2 feet long) so I was not able to have it very close to our sitting spot on the porch. When I checked the device after having it on for about 30 minutes, there were bugs trapped at the bottom. I wish I could find a better way other than an extension cord to have this closer to my sitting area outside. Overall, it does work!
