[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this last month and are very happy with the purchase. It is easy to use, quiet, and the cycles are not too long. Even changing the presets are not difficult.

This is the worst purchase I have done. Unit is 8 months old and already going in my third service call foe the same issue related to balancing. Parts were replaced but issue reoccurring. I do not recommend this machine!
