[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have it had it for about a week and love it. I was concerned about how low the washer is, but that hasn’t bothered me at all. I am in the process of putting cabinets in around the unit. I think I will love it even more then.

We did a ton of shopping around and looked at many machines before deciding on this one. We loved how it was a one piece and that the controls were in the middle of the machine so I could reach without a problem. We didn’t need a new dryer, but we wanted the system so we made the exception and splurged on ourselves. I did make the mistake and thought that controlling the machine came from our phones meant that we could “freshen” the wash or the dryer from anywhere, but I guess you’d have to be home to unlock that feature on the tower first - which was a bit disappointing but not the end of the world.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG washer/dryer tower about a month ago. It is a heavy tower but fits and looks nicely in a very compact area in my mountain cabin. I wish I had done my homework though because unlike other towers that have ONE plug this required a 110 plug for the washer and a 240 for the dryer. I had to get an electrician to install a new outlet and also add another breaker. The unit is very high tech and is basically a "Smart" appliance if I want. Bluetooth and wifi applications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 16 year old washer and a 21 year old dryer - so it is a vast improvement. I live in a condo, and the washer and dryer are in the passage from the unit to the garage, so there is limited space. The old washer and dryer fit side-by-side, but the space is so shallow that any new side-by-side options would block the exit door, so stacking was the only option. My neighbors with the same floor plan have stacked LG washer/dryers. I love that this unit is pre-stacked and the controls are in the center. It washes and dries much more efficiently than my old models. The only downside is that when the dryer door is open, the latch is just about eye level - and I have to get around the door to carry laundry in. An automatic retractible latch would be a great safety feature!

The key feature for us is having the controls between the upper and lower machines. We also enjoy getting messages when the loads are ready. We have not found the dryer's dry level function to be useful. We use timed dry to make sure the clothes are dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A renter and I, who share this machine, are loving it! It takes up a little less space than the machines it replaced. In a very small laundry room this is a big help. The machine is doing a great job of cleaning and drying. The wash cycle is shorter than the old machine and both are QUIET, which is an added benefit in a shared space. The washer is also water efficient which is a necessity with our old mountain well. It gets two thumbs up from us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for almost two months and so far I like all the features. I am glad I went with this model. I only had two other choices (different brand names) but they different have nearly the features as this one.

I love my new LG Laundry Tower. It’s beautiful and does a great job in cleaning and drying our clothes. It is very quiet and when the cycle is done it plays a cute little tune to let you know it’s finished. My only problem is that the washer drum is large and I often find it difficult to reach some items after spinning as they are plastered against the back. I was able to solve this issue by utilizing my Grabber Tool that I use for things on high shelves to reach those items as well. Works perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash tower is an excellent fit for our small laundry. All of the features work well. The WiFi setup was the most difficult issue. The sensors in the dryer identified a problem with the vent which could have led to problems if not mitigated.
