[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it. Gets my clothes clean. Large enough to wash my big heavy king size blanket and dry it with no problems. I told my daughter and son in law needed a new washer and dryer. I told them that they should get this unit. They are now waiting for it to be delivered. It would be 5 stars but I can't connect the unit to the app on my phone. I've tried everything but unplugging it. I live in an apartment by myself and this is not feasible.

This is a beautiful unit and it fits nicely on our small laundry closet. However, the unit lacks alot of functionality: 1. Can't customize wash settings (on the panel or the app) 2. Not many options on the panel, have to use app (e.g. delay start, towels setting) 3. Delay start doesn't work (need to contact support). 4. No notification integration with smart devices like Alexa.

We really like the design with the center controls for easy reach, and the unit is visually appealing. I feel it was reasonably priced.

I never bought a washer and dryer before. This is the best ever! We love the little song it plays when the laundry is done! It works so well! Push buttons! Digital! No complaints!

It is quiet and efficient and, importantly, it does a great job with the clothes. It is technologically advanced, but not to the point of being difficult to use. So far (3 months) I can say I love it. Cold wash, HE detergent and start, simple.

I brought this item for my new home. It looked nice. Not Having to reach or stand up on my tippy toes was also great. However, I had to run the dryer 5 to 6 times and the clothes still was not dry. A employee where I purchased the machine from told me that, "at least 5 other customers also complained about the machine and also returned their machine ". I was advised that it would be no guarantee that I would not have the same problem and I should maybe select another brand which is what I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had mine for about 2wks and I am in love. The instructions on how to operate are easy to follow and I love the center touch control panel. It's easy to put the laundry detergent and fabric softener in the drawer and to load the clothes which come out fantastic. This is my first front loader and it's wonderful not having to deal with clothes twisted and wrapped around the agitator. My unit is in my garage but it is so good looking that I actually wish it was in my home. Do not hesitate to purchase.

After more than 4 months, it has proven to be, exactly what we wanted. It is full sized, takes the space of a waher machine, is extremely quiet and washes and dries clothes much better than the old pair it replaced. I would recommend to anyone, whether space is an issue or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the tower several months ago. Have a handicapped person who needs laundry done daily. The direct drive spins out better than previous high end washer this replaced. Love the speed of wash so it saves time.
