I have 65 Never before used a front loader in 65 years of doing laundry! It was smooth,not awkward as I expected. Energy efficient and uses less water. Not too sophisticated for a senior user like myself. Instructions on the appliance easy to follow and read. These appliances neatly fit in our senior suite in our son’s home. We have since ordered other lg products for our new space!

I'd love tog I've it more stars if I could ever get the app to work on a consistent basis. Without the app the units are limited to 4 cycle types. I need many of the other wash and dry options that are only available by the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about 2 weeks ago and have been pleased by how well it cleans. Unfortunately when I was installing it I had to “push” the machine from the front to get it closer to the wall. I had my hands on the corner of the machine rather than the front but on one side the stainless panel received a stress dent. I’m a little disappointed the corners aren’t a little more reinforced.

I wanted the extra room that the wash tower gives me than a side by side. I am not disappointed. Don't think this is a stackable model from years past. This is full size. It washes well and the dryer is efficient. Both unit are very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of space.

This laundry center replaced a standard washer and dryer due to a renovation. I love that it is a space saver. Unit is quiet when running. Make sure to remove bolts at back of machine to avoid having to pull it out again. There sure be better tags to advise these need to be taken off before putting machine in service.

I was doing a remodel in a small area and needed a washer/dryer that would fit my area without major remodel. My cabinet maker was able to build around the unit and give me storage and a folding area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw this unit I fell in love with it! The style and efficiency made so much sense. I know that LG is a quality and reliable company. I'm not a "fan" of doing laundry. However, I have been more than pleased with the outcome of my laundry experience with this appliance.

Outstanding piece of technology. Super efficient washing and drying both with low levels of nose. The one negative is the user friendliness of the app. The app gives access to a range of online programs but: 1/ The do not include the standard manual options available on the machine- why? 2/ To access the options one needs to remember to click on the down site next to the word NORMAL- again why? Please upgrade the app interface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is perfect for small places where stand alone units will not fit. Even though it is a stacked unit it is not too tall for shorter people. All the controls are in the center which makes it very user friendly. If you are a tech person you will love the features in the app. It did take some time for me to figure out how to connect the unit to the app. The instructions are not very good.
