Just got this about a month ago, so I’m sure I’ll need to do an update. But right now, we are really liking our LG washer/dryer combo. Easy to use and have had very good results with the washing and drying. Love the slim design. So far this is working out for us very well. Delivery was Very quick and set up was a breeze!

However I am really disappointed not to have a soak cycle, or soak and rinse cycle, or rinse and spin cycle. I used to use cycles often on my old machine

The unit is compact, fits in an entry way closet, and washes like a dream. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Plus the app tells me when clothes are done, and I can stop the machine mid-cycle if desired. Easy to load and unload. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is both functional and attractive. The black steel color is easy to keep clean and looks very sleek and modern. The unit it the width of a standard large load washer and about 6 ft tall. Weighing just over 350lbs. You will want a second set of hands for placement. Leveling the unit is as simple as adjusting the feet. When installing you will need a little extra room behind for the hoses and ductwork for venting. Additionally as this has a steam function you will need a splitter for one of the water hoses. Functionally, this is a large capacity set and can easily accommodate a full size comforter and large loads of towels, jeans etc. the washer and dryer communicate so whatever setting is used for the washer is conveyed as well as weight of load and the dryer cycle sets itself. Wash and dry cycles are very efficient, less water, less soap, and shorter dry times. The washer spins the load in a way that the laundry comes out barely damp, cutting drying time. The control panels are in between the washer and dryer making reaching them very easy for someone of smaller stature. This unit connects to WiFi and can be controlled from an app on your phone. The app allows you to use a multitude of cycles that are not options on the control panel. This downloaded cycles feature is pretty extensive, offering options that I have yet to use but will surely take advantage of as time goes on. Once a load completes, the unit sends a notification to my phone which is very helpful as this unit is whisper quiet. Pros: Large capacity Utilizes minimal space Fast and efficient, saving time and resources Aesthetically pleasing Whisper quiet Self balances loads ThinQ app Communication between wash and dry cycles Cons: If not on a pedastel the washer sits quite low so there is a lot of bending necessary The WiFi connectivity was a little difficult to connect at first The remote start feature turns itself off so can only be used while home. No delayed wash timer. Overall I am in love with this unit. The “cons” listed are really just minor things that I have noticed and felt should be shared and have had no real bearing on my overall opinion. We don’t really “need” a stacked unit but the amount of space saved has freed up room for storage and organization of the laundry room. I 100% recommend!

It uses less product and is prettycompactand fits into a smaller space. We do wish that the doors would swing openwider and there when the dryer doesn't dry your clothes when using energy saver..

I have 65 Never before used a front loader in 65 years of doing laundry! It was smooth,not awkward as I expected. Energy efficient and uses less water. Not too sophisticated for a senior user like myself. Instructions on the appliance easy to follow and read. These appliances neatly fit in our senior suite in our son’s home. We have since ordered other lg products for our new space!

I'm not a "fan" of doing laundry. However, I have been more than pleased with the outcome of my laundry experience with this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago for my wife. We owned an LG washer and dryer years ago . I said I would not own another. But my wife wanted this unit. I researched it for a while and decided to purchase it. So far this unit has been the best I owned. I hope it will last 10 + years like the old ones did. It doesn't have the odors that the old ones did. That is a big plus for us. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

We recently purchased the laundry tower to replace our 10 year old Frigidare laundry center. We love the new unit. Clothes are done in a timely manner and runs so very quite. It took a bit to get used to it, as it was very different from our old unit. We would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tower for the extra features that allow for a extra spin, delayed wash, soak, and the dryer features for steam. These features do not work without a Bluetooth connection to your phone. I have never gotten my IPhone 11 to connect to the stupid appliance therefore this VERY expense washer dryer has very few functions. The repair guy couldn’t get the phone pair - but that’s not under warranty
