[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this wash tower about a month ago and love it! It has a very clean, modern, and sleek design and is so quiet! I have never owned any LG products so I wasn’t sure about the purchase initially, but the unit was one of the few that would actually fit in the space to replace our old stackable washer/dryer. So far my favorite feature is the light in the dryer!

The light in both units is a big plus. Dryer is also excellent at drying with little to no wrinkles in our clothes. So far no complaints other than I wish the end cycle sound was a bit louder. But couldn't be happier otherwise.

I like the sync feature were when the washer finish the cycle it send all data to drier to pre-select the options automatically. Super quite and stylish

I got these delivered last Wednesday and look an work great. But only problem is that the Specs say that doors are reversible but really are NOT REVERSIBLE!!! I have 36” in front of my machines an it’s annoying having to duck under the door or having to close the door just to get to the left side of the machines. I guess LG didn’t think the swings would be an issue. So Buyer beware - please check the door swing on this unit and make sure it won’t be an issue with your laundry room set up.

It's beautiful for one thing but it is so easy to use and large capacity. I washed and dried some silk pillowcases and the next load was sheets and towels and both came out perfectly.

I bought this washer/dryer for my one bedroom condo. I thought it would be a nice space saver for my condo, but am very disappointed. This washer is very noisy and I have had this washer for 3months and still have not been able to connect to the ThinQ app. This washer has limited wash cycles and smartphone app doestnt work at all. I was super excited to use this machine, first time using a load of towels, the spin cycle was so loud and shook to the point it was moving on the floor. So disappointed in something that cost thousands of dollars.
