My 2nd floor was always hot even though my AC was working fine. Heat was trapped and causes pressure on the house. A friend recommend the product. Got it and installed and it works like a charm . We can feel the difference now .

this fan continues to operate, even during cloud cover. Iam glad I chose the gray color. it matches the shingles perfectly.

I bought this three weeks ago, also bought ac 110 v adapter to run off electricity in the night time .I installed it last week, replacing Sunlight Solar Fan(motor bearing shot).Its working good so far, my only complain is that I can't tell if the fan is running. The old fan AC 110 V Adapter had a controller and a transmitter that send attic temp. fan on/off , solar/electricity on/off and humidity , also they include the AC 110v Adapter with the Solar Fan .

I bought the 25Watt 3weeks ago. It came with the fan blade loose in the box. I put it back on and tested it out for a few days just to be practical before i installed it. It works great, with more air flow than the old 20Watt solar fan i had. I recommend it to anyone. The fan is too quiet however, tie a ribbon to it so you tell its working.

Easy to install. As far as it's duribilty and efficientcy only time will tell.

This item does not come with the adapter to plug it in so it runs off solar. I ended up purchasing another attic fan that came with the adaptor. The adaptor for this fan costs $125
