It doesn't get messy when pouring and doesn't get all over the sides of the bottle. It smells great and has a very subtle taste and smell - just enough to add some flavor. I used it in my skillet veggies, cooking from my Hibachi grill. The smell and flavor aroma was so amazing. Very easy to cook with EVOO. You can use this almost in any dish you are cooking. You can add this to any salad, or use as a marinade. If you haven't tried this , you need too. It's amazing...

I use this oil for all sorts of things. I make salad dressings with it, add it to bread with herbs mixed in and I also cook with it. It has a really high smoke point so it does not burn quickly when using it to cook.
