I like to drizzle a small amount in with my pasta & it leaves it with a nice flavor that is not bitter. It helps enhance the flavor of the ingredients while not being overbearing. This olive oil also makes a great base as a dip & pairs well with bread. I appreciate that it is a non-gmo product.

My favorite is to use in to pan fry chicken breasts, it keeps them moist and browns them nicely. it is a great alternative to other oils and so much better for you. Pompeian has been in business since 1906. I recommend this high quality product.

It is perfect for a salad or marinade, but I also use it whenever I saute'. It smells good and the taste is bold , but not overpowering. I use this oil for all sorts of things. I make salad dressings with it, add it to bread with herbs mixed in and I also cook with it. It has a really high smoke point so it does not burn quickly when using it to cook.

The flavor is great, works well mixed with seasoning for bread dips. I am a huge fan of this brand for oil choices.
