This olive oil is not only flavorful but also full bodied and surprisingly light. Definately robust and a much better taste experience over regular olive oils.

It is great for cooking and adds a delightful flavor to my dishes. I enjoy using it to Sautee my veggies or cook meats. I also really enjoy it with some vinegar in a salad. No other olive oils are like this one. I never use olive oil for frying or sauting as evoo is not good with heat.
