I like to drizzle a small amount in with my pasta & it leaves it with a nice flavor that is not bitter. It helps enhance the flavor of the ingredients while not being overbearing. This olive oil also makes a great base as a dip & pairs well with bread. I appreciate that it is a non-gmo product.

I enjoy it most on my salads and use it to dip breads in as well. A little bit goes a long way making this a good value. I cook at home on most days and have found that I can use this olive oil for many different recipes. My family agrees that they enjoy the flavor.
