[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Pompeian EVOO for Caprese salad. Delicious! I grow my own tomatoes and this was the perfect oil to make them shine. This olive oil, home grown tomato & fresh mozzarella.... can't be better!!!

I like to drizzle a small amount in with my pasta & it leaves it with a nice flavor that is not bitter. It helps enhance the flavor of the ingredients while not being overbearing. This olive oil also makes a great base as a dip & pairs well with bread. I appreciate that it is a non-gmo product.

I would never be able to get the right amount of olive oil, but I can now control how much I use. It only comes out when you give a little squeeze, and you need to make sure you point it down or else it may end up over the edge of the pan. You did need to allow the air bubbles to release every now and then. But other than those slight design changes, it is amazing and now you won’t use too much oil!

This squeeze packaging was so much easier to use, giving you control over how much comes out and where. I’ve used this for salad dressings, to coat vegetables for roasting, and also to oil my skillet/flat top for cooking prep. I love the versatility of the squeeze top. The olive oil itself has a great, robust flavor.

Pompeian robust squeeze extra virgin olive oil is not only handy being in a squeeze bottle so that you can control how much is used, but it's flavor is indeed robust and awesome in a dressing for salad or to dip crusty bread. The flavor is a bit strong but in a good way, offering a depth that makes the oil a star in a meal. It's smooth and earthy and coexists beautifully with vinegar. I've enjoyed it so much as a dip for bread/caprese salad and in a homemade dressing that I haven't even thought of using it to cook. The cap snaps back closed after use and is handy to have in the kitchen for quick use. I'll definitely repurchase when it is gone and recommend it to anyone who loves a rich deep extra virgin olive oil.

It’s rich and perfect for salads (I love making a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper). The richness of the olive oil really comes through. Also works great for cooking since it’s more healthy. I love topping pasta with a little additional olive oil as well. Super accessible and available at my local grocery store so it's easy to pick up another one when I run out.

Drizzled some on a Caesar salad for fresh crisp flavor. Dinner came out amazing and everyone loved the flavor it added to our meal.
