I like that it's in a dark container so it doesn’t oxidize as fast. The flavor is bold, peppery, and almost has a grassy, earthy taste. Perfect for pastas, pizza Oil. The consistency is perfect not too thick or runny, but just right.You can tell the Oil is better quality than most and I will be using this brand from now on. 10/10 recommend.

Normally I end up spilling a bunch of oil trying to put it in a smaller container. This by passes the need for another container all together!!
