Exceptional oven at this price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is great. The built in air fryer works like a charm and having a convection oven saves time and energy. The top seems durable and scratch resistant. It heats up water in no time flat. The unit is a perfect size for the two of us as our kitchen is laid out in a weird way. My only complaint is that the bottom drawer under the oven is small.

Several problems

Stove looks great but it's less than 3 years old and has several problems. Initially we found it hard to program the oven. We have to make several attempts to turn on or adjust the temp from 350. Now the large burner which we love will not adjust...it stays on high and will not turn down. Googled and found this to be a common problem. My husband is ready to ditch it and buy a different brand. He's the cook :)

I love my new range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new range! Once I figured out how to clean it, that is. It is my first glass top stove and I have figured out how to keep it nice and clean by using dish soap and water. The oven is amazing! The air fryer makes a bit of a mess, but worth it for the taste and how crispy everything is!

Smart Things App does not work

Oven works, but the feet do not have protection like our old one did & scratched the heck out of our floor. Supposedly a "smart" oven, but the Smart Things app does not work & and no one in "support" can help, transferred all over & then sitting in limbo over an hour with not response. Wish we had bought a Bosch, or any other brand. Do not buy if you want a smart oven.

Great product!

Cleaning and keeping the smooth top surface may present a little challenge. I have not use the air fryer feature as of yet. Waiting on the proper utensils which are purchased separately.

Deeply Regret Buying this Range

As an experienced home cook, this is by far the worst range I have ever owned. The burners are inconsistent and defective — they heat unevenly and unpredictably, causing food to burn, something that is not typical for me. Twice I have ended up with completely burnt rice due to burners being defective- I've been making rice on the stovetop for 20 years and this has never happened to me. For anyone who takes cooking seriously, this alone makes it unacceptable. The design choices make it clear this product was built for looks, not functionality. There is a deep crevice running across the front of the range that constantly traps crumbs and grease and is nearly impossible to keep clean, even with specialized tools. You also can’t hang a dish towel off the handle, something that should be a simple convenience in any kitchen. The racks are too small to fit two half-sheet pans side by side, which all my previous ranges were able to do. And the oven control button is placed in a way that makes it easy for small children to press and fiddle with, not to mention you need to press it a total of 4 times just to start the oven, which seems excessive. Overall, I deeply regret investing in this product. It may be fine for someone who cooks rarely, but for avid or serious cooks, it’s simply not functional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Cook Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung Stove. The air fryer is so convenient when I need to make dinner in a rush. The confectioners setting is great for cakes and pies or even biscuits. I love the fact that there isn't a bottom eye in the oven. Clean up is a breeze and who doesn't love that. The 2 stove top eyes with full big or small setting is convenient when your cooking with alot of small pots or skillets. And the warming eye is absolutely the greatest. This is my first stove with all the different setting. But it was very easy to figure out. I'll Def buy another when or if this one ever goes back. It's absolutely perfect.

This Oven Is Awesome - Especially The Air Fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven, especially the Air Fryer component. I'm still in the learning phase because the instructions that came with the oven don't go into detail as explicitly as I would like. But, I cooked a whole chicken in the Air Fryer yesterday and it came out a beautiful golden brown, the skin was real crispy and the meat was so tender and juicy. I don't know why I've waited so long to get onboard with the Air Frying Generation!

Just terrible , did not expect from SAMSUNG

for The past decade and half , i was one the most loyal Samsung customer , from several top of line cell phone , four or five TVs , a mediocre refrigerator * that is so badly insulated that all the ice in the ice maker stick together and hard to dispense , and finally the very worst of ELECTRIC RANGE , that i ever owned, I’m seventy five years old. A simple 8.5” pot of water gives you a heart attack to boil !!!!! You put the pot on the element and turn the knob to the high HOT position , the element turns red and just few seconds later turns off and on and off and on and off and on and off and on till you heart gave up and you drop dead , the most ridiculous set up ever , not only water but everything else that you try to cook,the top glass in not of premium quality , is very thin and scratches easily, unfortunately i bought this bad item Jan of last years , my 15 years old Range was a 1000 percent better than this new waste of money . Complained numerous times to no result , I AM NOT SAMSUNG loyal customer no more .

The temperature increases gradually as the heating element cycles on and off to maintain the setting. It retains enough heat during the off periods for consistent heating. Radiant elements have a limiter that allows them to cycle, even on high, to prevent damage to the ceramic cooktop. This cycling is normal, especially if the cookware is too small or has an uneven bottom. I love me wifi Samsung Oven
