You just have to put a couple of batteries in the dispenser, fill it up with sanitizer and you are good to go. The sensor works real well and dispenses just the right amount of sanitizer. It is also easy to refill it. I haven't found anything negative about it.

The instructions included are thorough. You only need to provide 4 ‘C' batteries . This dispenser has a sensor that consistently dispenses the right amount of product you need to clean your hands. There is No waste. It's a solid machine and very well constructed. I highly recommend this for high traffic areas.

Besides hanging it on a wall it comes with a stand so you can put it anywhere and move if necessary. It is very well made and went together easy.
