I LOVE HAVING THIS BOWL FOR BREAKFAST OR A MID DAY SNACK.

I had high hopes for these but they didn't have much flavor at all. I kept thinking I was eating ice. (No I don't have covid, I can smell and taste other things) also, 65 min defrost and they were still rock hard. I recommend just doing the microwave right off the bat.

Last summer I tried these since I started to be on a healthier journey. These are a great snack especially after I'm done going out for a walk or a workout. They are so refreshing and delicious! They do go out of stock every now and then. I just hope they don't discontinue them anytime soon!!
