ION Audio Wave Rider X Floating Bluetooth Speaker and it has been a fantastic addition to my outdoor activities! The speaker sounds amazing. The problems are that it doesn't stay charged for 10 hours as advertised, and it will not fully charge when plugged in; you have to move it to a different outlet once it stops charging at the current outlet. Apparently, it doesn't charge while being plugged in if using at the same time.

This is an interesting speaker. I suppose if you need something that’s waterproof it would be very useful. The fact that it floats I guess the uses for that are fairly limited. Perhaps if you have a boat and things are apt to fall out of it then this could be useful; if you have a pool and you set speakers too near the edge of the pool I suppose then this could also fall in and be safe. I think more than likely, this would be used in a wet environment. For instance, you might use it around your pool you might use it on the pontoon boat. The fact that it floats is interesting but probably not going to be used very often. The sound is fine; It seems pretty loud. It connected very quickly to my phone with Bluetooth. The one thing that really annoyed me was when you turn it on and turn it off it makes a lot of noise. It plays some kind of tone. I don’t like it. It scared the cats. You can’t turn it off.

The ION wave rider speaker has excellent sound, cool light effects that can be customizable and us the perfect size for traveling. There is an app you can download that allows you to pick between inside, outside and party mode where you can customize volume levels and the colors/ synchronization of the lights. This speaker does have Bluetooth and audio ( radio) which is a nice option. You can also pair it with other wave rider speakers for a surround sound experience, 10/10 recommend.

This cute little speaker is perfect for indoor gatherings, or in the office for some light music. I put the speaker on the loudest setting and it wasn't the greatest for outdoor, since it was not as loud as my big speaker. It has about a 7-10 feet radius of sound depending on how loud the people in your gathering is.

My first water speakers. These are cool. I had seen a bigger ion speakers. This wave rider x does not look that sturdy. Overall ion makes high quality items. I am impressed with looks, sound quality, disco lights, portability. It’s not heavy and kids can carry too. It has radio which is independent of any blue tooth connected device, which comes handy when music from is not available. It was easy to connect to Bluetooth on phone. The syncing of videos and sound is unnoticeable, there’s hardly any delay which makes it a 5 star item. Sound quality is awesome. FYI there is mo equalizer; Your connected device should help. The lighting is button controlled. The pattern can be customized with buttons. The brightness is very good and color changes are very attractive. Easy to notice the speakers from a distance. There is more to write than amount of this available space👍. Overall a good buy. Nice to own one in kids family. The recharging port is latest usb c. It charges quick. Rating: 5/5 No regrets. I’d recommend this water proof floating speakers.

This Speaker is small but with BIG SOUND. It puts out and sounds Amazing. Very easy to set up and Bluetooth to your device. Or you can listen to the radio. The lights are bright and dance along with the music. Floats in the water and puts out the same sound as it does on dry ground- so will work well in a Jacuzzi or Pool. Will pair up nicely with other ION speakers. Very Happy with the Quality and Sound from this Speaker.

ION Bluetooth speaker. With it being the winter months, I usually look for speakers that will work in our pool in the Midwest during the summertime, I can tell you at this price point, this ion waterproof speaker is undoubtably the best bang and value for your book that you can find anywhere. It is loud has base and also has an FM radio option which is unbeatable by anything that I’ve ever seen while owning a pool before this sells out, I would highly recommend to invest in this speaker as someone who has owned many speakers for outdoors and especially for the pool, this is 98% what you were looking for for an outdoor backyard pool! The sheer fact alone that it has an FM radio and does not interrupt the Bluetooth connection while you are recording videos of your family is 110% worth it get this while you can! We are currently using it indoors in preparation for the upcoming summer and it is amazing. It is 50% louder than any device we own and is less than the price point of the bigger speakers that are on the market that we are able to find in this household and that is enough for me at a fraction of the price! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and garden or anyone who enjoys the outdoors and also someone who enjoys a loud speaker that has an FM radio option. You can also enjoy this speaker inside in the winter months, Which we are currently doing. I would definitely be looking at this ION product . I am highly impressed at the quality and sound of this item Quality, especially when comparing prices to other items, it is an unbeatable value and will definitely be purchasing another one to utilize when spring comes around. I have fully charged this device with the light show off and have gotten 6+hours of use indoors, which makes it a keeper for me and will definitely be ordering additional for this spring/summer. On a full charge and the light show on I have gotten 4 1/2 to 5 hours of play. That definitely keeps this item as number one for our summertime, fun outdoors with the family this summer.

I didn't think i would like X. That's what i named it, "X". But as it turns out, it's one of my favorite speakers. It's kind of a weird shaped speaker and is about 12" high and 12" wide. It's not too big and also not too small. Surprisingly the speaker has a radio - wow, nice. I find myself playing the radio more than using the bluetooth feature. The battery life is very long too. It's nice to be able to grab one of the bars and go with it ; so it's super portable to move around. The light show is also very nice which enhances the musical experience. I also really like that you can charge the speaker with any usb-c cable. So there is no need to lug around a seperate charging cable. The sound is big, bold, and it can get very loud.

This speaker is so cool. Pairing is simple and the controls are easy to use. It's a little heavier than I expected, which might make hauling it onto the beach a bit more cumbersome, but definitely worth it. Sound quality is great and a huge added bonus that it's waterproof and floats. Will be the highlight of many summer pool parties!
