Extremely disappointed, Very hard!

Easy to assemble. Works perfect with memory foam mattress

Purchased this in order to lower my Mom's bed. This went together very easily and the system for the slats is a very neat design. Will put on Mom's bed day after tomorrow. Cannot imagine it not working as we intend/expect.

Great low profile box spring. Fits perfectly in my new queen bed frame. Was super easy to assemble. Cover slides on easily with two people slipping it on at the same pace. No problem whatsoever zipping it closed. Mattress is well supported with a metal frame and plenty of wooden slats that stay put with velcro. Exactly as pictured.

Heavier than expected. The little allen wrench thing it came with wasn't a regular allen wrench, it was like a torque thing... you know, you turn it and then it clicks and then you turn it again, so you never have to take it out of the hole to tighten it... SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL! If you have ever had to haul a box spring in thru the window because it wouldn't fit up a staircase, this is for you. Happy with everything about this product.

All the photos show wood, although the description says "metal". Ever part of this frame is metal and just the slats are wood. I metal is strong but the look is awful and nothing like the photos. Very disappointed they used photos that is nothing like the product and I would return this but I am out of time for a guest room and the headache of getting it all back into the box.

It was extremely easy to put together. The box contained two side bars, two end bars that fit together; then tightened with two bolts in each corner. They provided a nifty rachet wrench , which I'll keep for future use. Once the frame was put together, all I had to do was lay the slats on and zip on the cover. I definitely recommend this.

This is great! My mom is getting older and wasn't comfortable getting in and out of her super tall bed any longer. We replaced the old box springs with this one and it's perfect! It is very sturdy and well designed, and wasvery easy to put together.

My 15yr old autistic son was able to put this together with very little assistance!
