Easy dinner! Cooks a long time in pre-heated high temp oven. We simply added extra cheese on top and enhanced with taco sauce and sour cream. Has a bit of a kick but not too much. My husband did not care for the rice inside. I liked that it had beans. Perhaps prior reviewers did not bake long enough or did not enhance with similar toppings?

I bought this for my family thinking it was a good quick dinner. We all work or go to school so often there isn't lots of time to cook. I thought, they make great lasagna, why not this; I was so wrong. The dish lacked flavor or the good taste of Mexican food. In short, we threw out most of it after no one liked it; This is unusual because my family enjoys Mexican food at least once a week. Save yourself some bucks and get the lasagna instead.

I should have read the bad reviews. I find the BAD reviews spot on. I bought this because Stouffer's makes good lasagna, but they failed with enchiladas! The "chicken" was never seen, found, or even tasted. The only person giving a good review to this item mentioned that prior reviewers did not "bake long enough or did not enhance with similar toppings". Hog wash! We can all read the bake time on the box just like when we cook Stouffer's Lasagna. As for the comment regarding not enhancing the "Horrible" product "without chicken" to be found Enchiladas, I added Cheddar Cheese just like I do to "their" Lasagna. If I didn't add something real to something this BAD I could not have choked it down! Run away from the frozen food section when you see this product! I wish I had!!! {;o(~

I bought this today so I wouldn't have to cook from scratch after a longer day. The box said MEDIUM heat and "NEW! with SPICY Ranchero Sauce"... I though that I was going crazy when I took a bite and it was SWEET! Blah! Looked at the ingredients I need the "spicy Ranchero Sauce" and the 3rd and 4th main ingredients even sugar and molasses! Safe to say I won't be buying this ever again!

These should be called rice and bean enchiladas! I don't think there was any chicken in them at all. Don't waste your money.

This product should have been called rice enchiladas. There was very little cheese. Was not impressed at all.

First try, very disappointed. Will never buy again.

I wish I read the reviews before buying..but i was in the store and it was a spur of the moment thing. ugh...Stouffer's lasagna is my favorite dish at sams. Their enchilidas are the LEAST favorite. YUCK. Kids would not eat. Husband would not eat. I hate tossing food..:(..at least we got it on sale..

99.9% rice

Looking forward to trying this, but I could not even finish one enchilada. Sour Cream on top couldn't fix it either. Chicken is nowhere and I ended up tossing the whole pan in the trash. Stouffer's you need a new chef on this recipe.
