Great well-made versatile non-stick pans I will recommend to my friends and families. It is light to medium weight (not too heavy as my cast irons) but cook and browning food nicely. It is one of my trusted brands, made in the US, using toxic materials. The best part of the pans is that it can be used on multiple stoves, electric/gas/induction, which brings convenience for me to cook at home or in my camping trip, seamless transition.

This nordiac 2 piece set was a great addition to my kitchen. I grilled chicken & steak in the grilling pan and no need to add extra oils as the pan is non stick. Pan comes in handy when you dont feel like pulling out the whole grill. I used the other pan to cook potatoes and no stick whatsoever. Overall I’m very satisfied with this set.

This little set comes in handy. I had plans to grill an outside but it rained so I used the flat pan to grill burgers inside. It worked like a charm grill marks and all. No sticking, very easy to use.

This Nordic ware set is outstanding! It’s non stick works great and very easy to clean. This set is very durable and thick. I would highly recommend this set to anyone wanting a high-quality Nordic ware set!

I absolutely love the cookware set. It's sturdy, easy to clean and cooks very well. I use them both whenever I cook! I wish they would have come with cooking lids but other than that they are perfect.

AMAZING! We made steaks the first night I received these, and they were cooked so evenly! I love that these pans were super non-stick making the cleanup so easy. My husband told me they needed to soak but I literally just rinsed with hot water and everything came right off. I also love the aesthetics of them!

Used the grill pan to make burgers. It worked great; Only wish was the grill impressions were a little deeper so grease from meat could be further way from the burgers when cooking. Fried onions too. I was able to get grill marks on the burger from the marking of pan; and a huge bonus was the handle was not hot at all. Had a nice soft grip rubber & even had finger impressions for easy holding. Meat did not stick to pan at all & clean up was easy. Just used a soft sponge & micro cloth to clean. I fried scrambled eggs in the regular round pan & that worked good. Used used a little cooking spray just in case for no stick but don’t think I actually needed it. The eggs cooked & slide right out when I tilted pan over my plate. This handle didn’t get hot either & nice grip finger impressions so it was super easy to pick up. Both pans are somewhat heavier to pick up but seems the weight may be coming more from the handle. I am fairly strong so weight didn’t bother me any however maybe for an older person with arthritis or something may have an issue with. Overall, they worked very well for the food I was cooking & would definitely recommend the purchase.

This is a good 2 piece cookware set. It is nonstick ceramic. Has high sides to help with any splatters. The handles have non slip rubber type grip. This a plus as the handle doesn't get hot. Easy clean up. No need to add extra oil for food not to stick. Both the skillet and grill pan are 10 inches, just the right size. Very durable. These will last a very long time. Good investment.

These pans are nice and lightweight, yet still seem sturdy. I have several non-stick pans that I’ve been using, and these seem to perform the same. I gave them 3 stars, because I think for ease of use non-stick is more to my liking. I didn’t try them with anything other than parchment paper, but I would think they’d be harder to clean without.

This 2 pan set is ceramic coated and offers a 3 layer design coupled with aluminum for better heat distribution/conduction. I like the fact that they are made without some of the chemical elements that others use that can leach into food like PFAS. Great for stovetop everyday, but unsure of how they would work in the oven given the rubberized makeup of the handles. It would helpful if they came with lids but overall are adequate for simple everyday cooking/sauteeing. Ensure that you wash and cure them before first use to eliminate initial smoke point of the pans. I have used mine for fish, eggs and quesadillas so far. Would be great for a skillet dinner. The grill pan has raised marks that allow for stovetop grilling/searing while allowing less oil usage. Overall a good option for inexpensive cookware.
