[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving this Spanglish Asadero seasoning. I made delicious chicken tacos with this seasoning packet and wow, were they good! I marinated my chicken with the seasoning and added some garlic for about 2 hours. Then I cooked it in a pan and the chicken came out so delicious. It has a delicious smoky flavor to it, and isn’t too spicy. I think it would also be great to pair with grilled veggies and different types of meat. It’s a great seasoning and if you want to kick up a recipe full of flavor I say give this a try.

You can taste the spiciness of the cayenne pepper and the lime flavor the most. You only need a little to kick it up a notch. I would definitely purchase again.

To "test out" the Pollo Asada I originally coated and then seared a chicken thigh so we could "try" the seasoning. That chicken thigh was snapped up so quickly! This is now what my husband is asking for for lunch. Hit of garlic, little bit of chili, nice blend of spices and you come away with some beautiful color. Little hi t of lime as well. Greatly appreciate that I don't need to add additional salt with this one - tasty right out of the bottle. Great value!
