These are great quality suitcases. They roll easily and the handle telescopes up and down without getting stuck. I got them on sale so it was an incredible deal.

Planned to buy a reputable and dependable set. Then saw the high rating for an amazing price, so I bought this luggage set. Just used it for the first time and it held up with no issues.

Light and well-built. Rolls with ease on carpeted or hard surfaces. No idea of longevity, but after all its a travel bag and sometimes the airlines just toss these around.

We purchased this to replace faulty Samsonite hardshell luggages with the built-in TSA lock. Even though this has no built-in lock, it worked out great with no issues. Rather not pay $50+ more for a lock that may not even work properly.

I have bought 3 different pieces of luggage, due to their "best" warranty. A couple years later the handle stops extending on my checked luggage. I wrote to IFLY 3 times and their response was you used it too rough! No warranty coverage, but we will give you a 10% discount. Why would I ever buy from this company again?

Just don't expect them to honor their warranty. I purchased a set with 25 year warranty and registered as required and saved original receipt. A hairline crack turned into a spider crack and the response was that is for covered under the warranty but they'd give me 20% off if I wanted to purchase a new suitcase. 🤦🏻‍♂️. Basically the warranty is a gimmick. Buy for the cool colors but don't expect them to backup their product with their warranty.
