Not too difficult to assemble. Instructions are simple and not overwhelming 2 basic pages. My teenage son put the top on with ladder. I'm so happy with the quality and engineering that went into this tree. I would recommend. 10/10. The remote is wonderful.

Gorgeous tree! Set up was a breeze. Minimal fluffing required. Perfect size and shape, love the different light functions, and the combination of branch textures. For the price this is worth it!

Beautiful and spectacular value! Very full and natural-looking. It was so easy to put together, too. But beware - the height is very generous, so if you need exactly 12 feet or are hoping it will be a little short, this is not the tree for you.

Beautiful tree, easy assembly and love the light color option and functionality. One issue is, the tree keeps turning on by itself!! Weird but concerning as I don't want this to happen when we are not home.

looked super realistic and was full looking straight out of the box. well built and easy to assemble. I ended up returning it only because it is slightly taller than 12 feet and I was hoping it was slightly shorter than 12 feet as we have 12 foot ceilings. Great value. I wish they would sell the same thing in an 11 foot version.

This tree is amazing. It's full and realistic looking. From box to assembly took less than 15 minutes if that. No fluffing needed, just drop the branches, adjust branch spacing and done. This replaced my old 12' tree which did not have hinged branches. It comes in two box as expected and provides you with two storage bags. The bags seem like they are made of tarp material and I won't use since I have my old dolly tree bag that fits a 12' tree. Only downside, I wish I could control the brightness of the lights. I'm trying to upload photos but the pictures they provide are very accurate

I love this tree! 12ft is no joke! My son had to ask if it was real or fake. The color changing lights are nice. My kids and I go back and forth between colored and warm white. For the white light lovers, it is a true warm white. Really hoping this tree lasts for years! Sam's club customer service was great in giving me a price adjustment because I paid full price a few weeks before it went on sale.

We ordered this tree because we love our 9 foot tree from Sam's Club and wanted the 12 foot one now! Upon being delivered today, we realized that they only had shipped us one out of two boxes. When I contacted Sam's Club, it's like he didn't really understand what I was asking. I told him I just need “box 1” because I received “box 2.” He then put in for a whole replacement and now I have to drag that box back out to the front so they can pick it up and then wait for it to be shipped back out to us. A very obviously states on the outside of the box that this is the box 2 of two, and box one has the UPC code on it. I opened it up just to make sure even though it was significantly smaller than our 9 foot trees box. Sure enough there was only three pieces out of the sixth that this tree is supposed to come together. I'm sure the tree is wonderful if they could ship us the whole thing! I'm writing here because contacting customer service didn't really work out as of yet. I will update when and if we receive the whole tree.
