Great sturdy scooter a little problem with the battery cover case staying on.

It’s cute but the lights on the wheels don’t work and it looked a little scuffed up straight out of the box.

We bought this as a “Santa” gift because our toddler asked Santa for it. It sat, boxed in my closet until Christmas Eve. When I opened it to put it together, there was a bag with a little screw driver, black battery cover with a screw in the hole, and directions. Upon inserting batteries, we tried to attach the battery cover and the screw wouldn't connect in the hole. So, we placed a small piece of duct tape over the cover and sat the scooter beside the tree. Christmas morning, our 3 year old was so excited and wanted to take it for a spin. We went for a short walk and at some point, unknowingly, the battery cover came off and the batteries fell out. This evening, when leaving to go on another walk, we realized the battery cover and batteries were gone. We retraced our route from the morning and couldn't find any of it. Is there any way we can get a battery cover/screw replacement for this brand new scooter that our toddler is so excited about? She is bummed she can't use the lights on this gift from “Santa”.

Is frustrated there is no info in box tool included does not work , wheels where dirty .this is trash i Would return it if I'm not the monster that took her bday present that dose not work

Looks used, beat up, scratched, poorly assembled, battery screw is to short.
