Phone back cracked for no reason, now it will cost me $200 or more to repair it and I just got it last week.

The phone was for my husband and he is seemingly loving it. It's taking some getting used to since his last phone was the 12 mini.

Love the phone but the battery is awful. I have to charge it 2-3 times a day. Well put some charge on it after an over night charge.
