I upgraded from a 3 1/2 year old iPhone SE 2000 less than a month ago. The 15 Plus is a great phone. Besides having all the bells and whistles, is has great battery life - at least twice and maybe four times as much life per charge. To top that off, it charges fast. I haven't had time to do much with the camera, but what I have done is a big improvement over the SE. The large screen adds room for more apps per page and provides better viewing.

Upgraded to iphone 15 pro max from 12 pro max. A significant upgrade for me. The iphone itself looks and feels very familiar and rather uninspiring from an innovation standpoint. Action button and USB C port are the most noticeable external changes. The phones feels a bit heavy but comfortable in the hand. Battery life seems to have significantly improved. The most disappointing aspect is that it tends to get very hot while playing music or watching videos.

After being told my returned ATT Next Phone was damaged (which it was not when I put it in the box), then told that we could not file a claim with the postal service OR the insurance I have on the devices from ATT... Never again. Just paid off all the ATT Next service waiting for 30 days to unlock ALL my devices so we can move them to another carrier or sell them. If you do a trade in, make sure you bring it to the store yourself and get a receipt in person.

I'm coming from a 12 pro max and I love it. It definitely felt like I got a new phone with some new features. Love the 120 hz display didn't think I would really notice but I did. The camera don't get me wrong it's amazing but I didn't see that big of a difference from the 12. My only complaint and that's it for me is the battery life. If I'm not using it yeah it will last me 2 days but with my use and I feel like I do the average I will have to charge it at least once close to the end of the day but from having to charge it 2 times a day I'll take it. It's not that big of a deal but it's worth it to me. Hope this helps.

I've been an iPhone user since the first gen and this is the first one I can say I am underwhelmed with; battery life is HORRIBLE, quirky lag times, the stupid black "box" at the top of the screen and I go on, but you get the point. What a waste of an upgrade!

I'm 38 and this is my first iPhone product. It's taking me a hot minute to figure everything out and get used to it but honestly, this phone is incredibly sharp. I'm not a techy type person at all but for what I do want in a phone which is pretty basic, I'm very happy with my switch. I do recommend this phone.

I love everything about this new phone. I like the new features like the Action button which you can change to your own preferences. The camera takes unbelievable pictures.All the features are smooth and high definition. I love it. I have not experienced the phone getting too hot

Fantastic battery life, quick processor for little to no loading times and a pretty good display. The cameras aren't out of this world to just an average user like myself, but still good quality. Worth getting if you are going from Android to Apple, or if your current iPhone is a couple years old (like the 12 or 13). Would not recommend if going from the 14 Pro Max with high expectations, because then you will be a little disappointed.

This phone is terrible! They change the charger and if you don't order an apple block to go with it say goodbye to charging until you get one. The camera is total crap! All these lenses and it can't take a clear photo! Wish I could go back to my 12 😑

What can I tell you, Upgraded from the 12 Pro Max to this and made the best decision ever. This is not a Phone, this is one of the most advanced devices I have ever experienced in my life and more. I mean, what else you could ask for? Apple is Apple and the rest is just trying hard.
