I traded my wife's iPhone 11 Pro Max for an iPhone 15 Pro Max as a Christmas present. The new phone arrived to my house no more than 2 days after I ordered online and came in with instructions how to transfer all the information to the new phone. The package also came with a box and instructions how to return the old. Wifey loves the new phone and couldn't stop taking pictures during the holidays. Happy wife happy life 😀

This is the worst iPhone yet. I was sitting in a chair maybe 1 foot off the ground. My new phone slipped out of my pocket and fell to the floor completely shattering the back case. I have had at least 20 iPhones over the years and have never seen such a thing.

Phone is overheating, apps are not working properly
