Why

Why did you discontinue Fat Tire White. Next to 1554 it was the best beers you brewed. And one of the best beers I ever tasted.

Tasty beer well worth the buy!!!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I honestly like the taste of this ale beer it's slightly hoppy with a phenomenal aftertaste that's not bitter. This ale beer is refreshing on a hot day like we are having today and I recommend others to buy and try this beer, I'm sure they will not be disappointed. You get your money's worth with the purchase of this product I assure you.

All Occasion Beer

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Fat Tire is a delicious, classic craft beer. It is crisp and refreshing, and the New Belgium name means high quality ingredients and consistent craftsmanship you can trust. It's the beer you always have in your fridge and everyone loves at a special occasion. You can't go wrong with Fat Tire.

Fat Tire led to my current career

When I was in college, I drank beer. Shocker right? And like a lot of people who go to college, I had what I considered at the time a “hipster” roommate. That’s to say, someone more open minded, outgoing, and eccentric than me. Over the course of a year, we became best friends, and drank a lot of beer together. After months of drinking big name, commercial brands, he let me take a sip of a Fat Tire he was enjoying, and it rocked me to my core. I even asked, “what’s going on with this beer? Why’s it so much better?” I had tried ipas and other different styles to the basic light lager that gets guzzled by the gallons daily on college campuses, but Fat Tire was truly the first beer I had that I considered complex and inviting. I can remember where I was and PinPoint that exact moment where a craft beer put the hook in me. Now, fifteen years later, I’m the head brewer at a brewery trying to leave my mark and produce the best beer I can for the next generation of beer drinkers, as well as the older generations still around to enjoy it. Thank you Fat Tire! And thank you New Belgium!

Lovely beer

Love the fat tire. The voodoo ranger lineup visually offends me so I don't drink it.

Used to be

What happened to Fat Tire used to be good. It is now watered down. I looked at a couple of views and they agree. Can it be me, don't think so

Don't Mess with a Good Thing

They changed the formula a few years ago. It's crap now. Makes me wish I'd never bought a Fat Tire shirt when I visited the brewery.

Fat Tire Ale- New Recipe

I was very skeptical when I received an email that New Belgium was changing the recipe for Fat Tire Ale. Well, my worst fears were founded. I purchased a six pack at my local store as soon as they had it in stock, and it is absolutely horrible! The original recipe for Fat Tire Ale was perfect! Why mess with it? If it's not broken-don't fix it. This was their flagship beer, the one that put them on the map. I hope they return to the original recipe, the sooner the better!
