Clean and Smooth

just got it a week ago it has been charging for 5 days & i haven't been able to use it. the light comes own indicating that it is but once i press the power button it beeps twice which means it needs to be charged, doesn't make sense

Problem w nova

I bought this to replace my clarisonic. I had it for over 10 years and it was dying. I found this looking for a less expensive option. This is a great value! I have the pink and it is adorable. It feels really well made and it works great. Great value, the charging dock is easy and I am so HAPPY with my purchase. I love that it has 3 speeds and a 20 sec interval timer. I'm super happy about my decision and recommend this without hesitation.
