Handle does not stay tight, after 2 uses the pad starting to chip, should last a couple years with light use. It does have a 2 year warranty ,may need it.

I can already tell, by examination, that this is a longer pole, wider head. better tighter connections than other brands. Look forward to using this one and retiring my old one!

Design fail. In order to work well It needs to be low and slightly longer. It's so high, it bends or goes above the snow and doesn"t push it off the roof of my SUV. Maybe it will work if you don't get a lot of snow. The retractable handle didn't collapse that was a plus. I'm too lazy to return probably use it to clear off parts of my decks I guess. Used a compatible mop handle to repair my old snow rake that I bought from a care dealership, works like a charm.

I like that it's easy to store. The pole extends if you have a larger vehicle. The snow pushes or pulls.

The joes snow broom works great and is easy to use!

I've owned three of these over the years. They're the ONLY broom that works for me. Others scrape the paint. This one moves LOTS of snow.

This works great to get all the snow off my truck and also to get the snow off my shed roof! Glad I purchased this!!
