My wife had a bit of a problem figuring out how to telescope and lock the device. I did not. I showed her how I did it so I hope she doesn't have that problem in the future.

Delivery was fast. The brush will only be for very fluffy light snow it did not perform well on medium snow, therefore too expensive I did not get my usage from it this past winter.

I had just received my Snow Joe, haven't used mines yet, but had used my neighbors previously, love it, so had to purchase my own, and gone to purchase one for my daughter for next winter.

Lightweight, easy operation, won’t damage or scratch the paint, clears off a ton of snow very quickly. Where were these when I was growing up in 80’s 90’s and 2000’s?

Received it after our snow fall so will have to wait for an accurate review of snow removal. It looks like it’s a soft snow kind of removal device. It was poorly packaged
