Backpack is very spacious! There is one big padded pocket inside, and one big zippered pocket outside. Bottle-sized drink pockets on each outside of the backpack, and one drink pocket on the outside of the lunch box. Lunch box is soft sided and insulated. There is an outside zippered pocket on the lunch box that is also insulated. Being able to clip the lunch box to the backpack is a nice feature. Plenty of room inside for a bento and an ice pack. The backpack has sparkly puffy features and that's cute. Note that this backpack is BIG and probably best suited for primary grade school kids.

The back pack is very cute and colorful. My kids love Mario so this is a big hit. They are well made, big and spacious for children. The material seems to be durable even though it appears a little thin. It is convenient that the matching lunch bag clips onto the back pack. You can also buy the matching Bento box (sold separately). There is an area to write name and phone number inside in case your child loses their bag. The only downside I could potentially see is that the decals on the front are glossy plastic and if they are slid on the ground I feel like they will scratch pretty easily. I would recommend this to a friend.

The backpack is super lightweight and made of durable materials. I would say it works for kids 6-11 years old range. It fits large folders and binders and has two water bottle slots. Even the matching insulated lunch bag comes with a water bottle slot.

We are so in love with the durability of this backpack, my son has to go to school and come back home with his chrome book, and with like 6-8 books in it. this bag holds it all in. Not to forget the graphics that my son really really loves, and the lunch boxes that comes with it.
