In this economy I see no reason for any company to charge a fee to shop in their establishment. You make enough money yearly I'm done!

I have called a dozen times to get the correct membership number enrolled with my account and they still haven't got it right. Can't shop online or do self check out.

Charge for renewal is not good you charge more to loyal customers than you do to new customers like the idea of ordering online and even shopping in store but the renewal fee is not good
