The bottle is super sturdy and will stand up to any sport test and the pods make mixing the perfect recovery or during workout drink a breeze.

It holds up great during a workout and holds a good amount of liquid so that you will stay hydrated throughout your entire workout! It also has the special cap to use with Gx Pods. I would definitely recommend this product!

Keeps the drink cool and no leaks with the cap-lid. Good opening to add ice as well. And the right size for staying snug in bike bottle holder. And good taste and hydration.

Realistically, however, it's unlikely that I'll drink Gatorade enough to warrant the use of this bottle, particularly because when I tried using it just like a water bottle, I discovered after it soaked my mattress that it leaks when not upright. So for those reasons, I have to rate this a 3/5.

I'm a cheerleader and a gymnast so I always have a lot of stuff in my bag for practice and competitions. this takes up so little space and is so convenient since there are water fountains everywhere I can keep my energy up and it taste like regular gatorade without the hassle of carrying around multiple bottles.

The pods are a cool invention, supposedly invented to save plastic but it is pretty pricey to buy these pods. My daughter loves the water bottle and actually drinks a lot of water because of it.
