[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stumble the SIMI Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine by accident. I was on my way to the hotel I was staying and wanted to get a bottle of red wine for the night. I stopped by the nearest store, it was late. I couldn't find what I was looking for and I saw SIMI. Thought I would tried something new and WOW! The SIMI wine was better than the brand I was drinking. SIMI had a nice color kind of dark and inky purple color. I took a first swish in my mouth, a right acidity and high tannin levels. It leaves my taste buds with a lingering flavor with each sip. The dry taste was pleasant and the alcohol level was just right. Best of all the SIMI red wine went down my throat very smooth. My new brand of wine: SIMI Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine!!

This is my go-to red wine! The price point is excellent and it tastes so good! I drink it with dinner, alone, or bring it as a gift. I love the flavor and its a great balance of dry.if you are searcing review than i say SIMI Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is best to go

The Simi Alexander Valley Cab is fruity/jammy. You can taste the oak in it and it is a bit peppery. The wine is rich and tannic enough to stand up to beef and lamb (I prefer Cabs with lamb roasts), but not overly so. It is a friendly wine, not overly complex. At the price point, I'd have no problem bringing it to someone's home.

I had this wine for the first time at dinner, and I fell in love with Simi. Their wine is full of flavor and is absolutely delicious. It completely met my expectations and is my go to whether I am ordering a bottle at a restaurant, or bringing a bottle over with friends.

Winemaker Notes Dark garnet in color with a ruby edge. Aromas of black fruit, plum, and ripe black cherry, the toasty oak frames and adds depth. Complex notes of cocoa, cassis, pepper, and cedar. Black fruit dominates the entry followed by plum and black cherry with a spicy, lifted mid-palate. A bit of peppery cassis leads the finish with some roasted coffee notes and supple yet firm tannins.

We found it have a full bodied taste with oak undertones. Went very well paired with our Italian pasta meal. Certainly, will purchase again to have on hand for entertaining. Will recommend to family and friends. I liked knowing that this product delivered and would make a great hostess gift!
