It was a drop but nothing just so happened. A friend of mine has the same phone and there's went out the day before. Even try to hard reboot, nothing happens what going on with these phones is this a known problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Z Flip 6 because it's cute, powerful, convenient, and the AI chat translation has helped tremendously. This phone is absolutely my style. It is cute, and has a lot of attitude and style. I loved the matte pastel color selection (I got yellow.) I use a case that allows me to clip it to belt loops and my bags. When folded it's small enough to look like a cute accessory, and adds to my overall style. I love that the Z Flip 6 is powerful. When I've been out about using it all day, reading on it, using social media, texting, making phone calls it has never died on me. It runs gaming apps smoothly. The camera quality is great. I really love that because it folds I have the option to use the back camera as a selfie camera. And, it's durable. I've dropped it, and it just keeps on Flipping. The phone is also the most convenient phone I've used because of the outer display. I love that I can use the mobile pay option quickly using the outer display. I can quickly check texts, check missed calls, make calls, play music, take photos, use social media, voice record. The outer display is great. The AI chat feature has helped me tremendously. My boyfriend's family has a family group chat that I am included in. They all speak and type in Mandarin. I don't understand or read Mandarin, so before I would have to copy and paste into a translator or ask him if I wanted to know. Now, my Z Flip 6 does it for me, and I feel more included. I love my phone.

Has all of today's apps and much more and with all the Galexy AI , gemini, features makes the phone even better along with a battery that holds a charge all day long where as before I had to charge my old phone 2 or three times a day . I use my phone for shopping, play games, messaging , writing emails and so forth .I would highly recommend the Z flip phones from Samsung .

Love taking pictures using the back screen♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ It runs so smooth videogames, I can play my games in ultra quality, including Infinity nikki and Love&deepspace. ♡♡ The Galaxy Ai is actually pretty good and its pretty enjoyable using it, and so helpful editing. The sound quality is rich and immersive, with deep bass and crisp highs. But the star of the show is the Active Noise Cancellation. It's powerful enough to silence the drone of a commute or the noise of a busy gym, letting me focus on my music or podcast. They are also incredibly comfortable; I can wear them for hours without any fatigue. ​What elevates them from great to exceptional is Galaxy AI. The Live Translate feature is simply incredible. My favorite thing is that once folded, it is compact and it's still functional through the smaller screen for messages, notifications, and most importantly, music playback no matter the music app. I can pretty much do anything and everything through this phone and easily sync to other devices. I appreciate the size of the phone while opened as it is adequate for me and my on-the-go lifestyle so I prefer to carry light but still have functionality. I am not a fan of Galaxy AI or AI in general for how bad it is at using lots of water during production, but it is nice to have as an option. It is still pretty much in its infancy so I will let the rest of you workout the kinks.

I been contacted the after sale service they want me drop off the phone to service center if any problems.im trying to find a time to check what's going on.but I do wish there have other options that I could trade in the devices to the new vision flip7.
