It is rated IP68 for water resistance and has been tested for up to 200,000 folds to ensure its longevity. We hate to see that your screen went blank. Samsung's Z assurance offers a one-time discounted repair for the interior folding screen of Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip devices purchased in the U.S. from authorized distributors before July 31, 2024. To qualify, you must register your device with a Samsung account. This offer is limited to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand devices. The promotion applies only to the interior folding screen and excludes other repairs like the front screen or back glass. You can access this service through Samsung’s support page by selecting ‘Start a Repair’ and following the instructions for either walk-in or mail-in service.
