It shows the line where to fill up with water. Then just add the Gatorade pods into the bottle. Heavy duty plastic and is easy to handle when excursing or doing other things outside.

The bottle is great and works as one would suspect. It’s specifically designed for the pods, but can be used without. Also love the textured gripping. And a great size for a workout. Not too small or too big!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is made out of great-quality plastic. I like the design and the rubbery grip. It's easier to hold it when your hands are sweaty. Easy to wash and it doesn't get scratched that easily. It's pretty sturdy and I always washed it in the dishwasher without a change of color or structure. My son loves it. Gx pods are a good idea, convenient and space-saving. Definitely a good-quality bottle.

He’s been taking it to work and he loves that it’s leak proof, and he loves that it has a grip on it! Also the Gatorade pods are awesome! We plan on getting more!

It is so easy to drink from, u don’t need to remove a cap, it’s spill proof and super lightweight! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A convenient cup for any workout. This cup has a great grip. You can put any flavor pod in the top and have whatever flavor you choose. This gives you a fresh drink as you need it, just add water and you are set to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my review for the pods that go in this bottle, i mentioned that I could NOT figure out how to open the pods. I had to wind up prying one open. I know this bottle was designed for those specifically, but I couldn’t get them to work. That being said, the bottle itself is fully functional for any other kind of liquid, and doesn’t leak. I’ll continue to use it without the pods

I don’t have to spend time unscrewing any caps just a light squeeze! My boyfriend pretty much stole this bottle from me because he loves it so much! I love the lid as well for easy refilling so I don’t have to bother with screwing the top back on properly. I’ve been drinking way more water because of the easy squeeze nozzle on this. Haven’t had any problems with water leaking out either.
