I have had this machine for 1 month now. There are o ly two things my wife wishes she could change. 1. Provide the ability to turn off the chime. 2. The dryer needs a light in the drum!

Since purchasing the dryer, we had to have a representative come out to replace a part because the normal cycle would not heat/dry the clothes. It seems to be working now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy with my LG dryer .. I had done research through Consumer Reports. This model was one of the top recommended dryers . It's easy to see why! It's quiet and dries quickly !

It sometimes doesn't fully dry and I have to start it one or two more times, particularly with delicate clothes. It is also finicky about the settings and won't allow them to be changed in certain situations.

I've had my new washer and dryer about 1 month I absolutely love them...they are very efficient washer dioes a auperior cleaning job and dryer is easy on my delicates
