They packets are small and sturdy enough to go in a purse or gym bag. All you need is one packet and a bottle of water. Pour the packet mix into the water, shake and drink. The powder dissolves completely, so no floating powder when drinking it. The flavoring is very good. It’s not too strong, but definitely strong enough to taste and enjoy. Chloride 640 mg potassium 300mg calcium 100mg and magnesium 95 the 🍊 taste amazing

I wouldn’t recommend pouring the whole packet into your drink unless you have a large drinking bottle or else the taste will be strong. It did keep me refreshed after running, so that’s a plus.
