You just need to add it in a 16oz water bottle and in seconds your own gatorade is ready to drink!! The flavor of orange is so refreshing and is very lightly sweetened, on and all a very tasty thirst quencher. Would definitely recommend, it's a great way to replenish electrolytes and keep yourself hydrated!

However, I’ve never been a fan of orange flavoring so this wasn’t my favorite. I did enjoy having electrolytes in my water for my workout but I would probably stick to a different flavor next time.

These packages just provided the most rapid rehydration ever. Started using it because my moms need it after few days feeling down and it works ! Orange taste but natural. Easy to mix with water or similar beverage. Just add , shake and enjoy! Very easy.

I use them daily for extra electrolytes and a nice change from just drinking water. They are easy to carry on purse or backpack and you can always have them on the go to add it to your water. They are pretty affordable and I got to try it for free so I recommend 100%.

My only issue is the sugar substitutes used. I’m also so so happy that this product has a healthy sugar alternative vs harmful sugar substitutes. Kudos for this health focused ingredient.

It was kinda thick, but overall it wasn’t bad so if you like a strong flavor, I highly recommend this if you don’t, I would stay away.

It is great for on the go because you can just grab a packet and mix it in a water bottle. The flavor is very orangey and the potency level can be adjusted by how much water you add.
