You just pour the powder into 16 ounces of water , stir, and drink. It is very helpful in aiding in rehydration. The package don’t take much space so you can take them anywhere you go. The flavor is great. It taste exactly like a bottled Gatorade. I will be purchasing this product in the future.

It's a bit salty, which is to be expected with electrolytes, and the orange flavor was surprisingly good. I love that it contains a blend of five electrolytes for rapid rehydration, as well as 60% less sugar than the leading sports drinks!

I’ve never been a fan of the taste of rapid rehydration products similar to this (they always seem over concentrated). I think in the event of illness or dehydration, I would reach for this product. But I would probably try a different flavor.

It is great for on the go because you can just grab a packet and mix it in a water bottle. The flavor is very orangey and the potency level can be adjusted by how much water you add.

It was kinda thick, but overall it wasn’t bad so if you like a strong flavor, I highly recommend this if you don’t, I would stay away.

The packaging is very small and slim so you can throw in your gym bag without taking up any room at all. Im not a powery type of person for drinks so they were really my favorite.
