[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gatorlyte Powder comes in single-serve packets. Each packet is designed to dissolve in "16.9 oz" (seriously, Gatorade?) of water. The powder contains various electrolytes, 10g added sugars, and 45 calories. Within about a minute, you get a refreshing orange-flavored beverage. Taste and hydration-wise, Gatorlyte is great. I don't generally do sugary drinks but for hikes and physically-intensive days, quick replenishment is a must.

I really used to like buying Gatorade and Propel Zero. What I didn't like was all the plastic bottles taking up valuable fridge and pantry space. Well, buddy, buckle up because have I got the thing for you... This drink mix is awesome! Same flavor as the bottled drinks, but half the storage space. I love these. Great product. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This product is perfect for hydration and it has the electrolytes i need in my system. I find drinking the gatorade electrolytes boosts my energy. I also love the flavor!
