Haven't had power loss, so no need yet for home back-up yet. Started right up and ran well. It's user friendly with easy controls and maintenance seems to be simple. Looks nice too.

Just set this up and tested it. Easy to follow directions, easy to set up, and it started right up. Well, I hope to not need this, I'm glad it's there just in case.

I have been very pleased with this item so far. Final assembly was easy. Generator has started very easily each time I have used it. Tested all 3 ways of starting it and it started with no problems each time.

Excellent! Keeps my home powered during blackouts and storms. I've been able to work from home through hurricane season. Should have bought this generator years ago.

Bought this two months ago and only had to use once so far. worked like a charm. More power than my last generator but no louder. seems well built and great features including solid tires which will never go flat.

I recently received this generator. It was easy to attach the wheels and add the oil. Although I haven't used it yet it appears well engineered and straight forward. I really like the option of three fuels.

The generator is very simple to operate and it has enough power to hold critical loads. The build quality is solid and reliable. Love the remote control and push button option as well as the tri fuel.

After looking at so many generators for my house, for the price and features I decided on this one. It will run everything for my house that I need in case of an emergency.

This works great! I've been having trouble with the gas going bad in my old generator because I don't need it often. I need something I can count on when the power goes out. With the propane use in this one it will never go bad!
