I bought this a month ago, so far so good, I like the electric start. I tried it on propane and seems to preform well. I tried to use it with gasoline today and seemed to preform well. I did find a drip coming from the fuel shutoff valve. While turning it it appears to leak. the leaking stopped when it was off, however if you apply a little pressure to the valve it leaks. I'm sure it will need to be replaced in the near future, but if this is the only problem I have with it, that would be ok. Not sure if I'll do a warranty claim or contact them directly and request a new fuel shut off valve. They're simple to change.

I purchase this generator on Saturday 02/15/2025 and it was delivered on Tuesday 02/18/2025...the day before a another Winter storm hit my area. I needed it by this date since the previous week I lost power during another Winter storm and didn't want to be caught short again. I spent about an hour preparing it for use (feet, wheels, oil, propane connection, battery connection, etc.). Everything was easy to set up with clear instructions from the user manual and quick start guide. I attached the propane tank, used the remote start and it was up and running. Very pleased with this product.

This generator is the most power for the money. It started right up and is very easy to use. I recommend laminating the quick start guide so that anyone can use it. And the remote start key fob is pretty cool. I hope I never have to use it but I am sure I can count on it when needed.

I bought this to use around my place when the electricity goes off. It will run all of the necessary things I need in my house and three chest freezers in my cellar. I really like the battery charger that comes with it. It has never failed to start when I need it, runs just like a new one all the time. The 6.6 gallon gas tank is handy too. Not sure on the hours it will run, but I haven't run it out yet. I am really impressed with this generator and the price was great too.

I just recently purchased this generator to use as a backup power source for my home. After doing multiple and careful reviews. I talked to a local installer and decided this would take care of this need. Upon receiving the product it was exactly as advertised and packaged very well. It required very little work on my part to get it up and going. I hope we do not need this in and emergency but feel very comfortable if it does.

I had my previous generator for about 10 years. Did an extensive amount of research to find a replacement. After looking at numerous generators that would fit my needs I found this one to be the best value. It works perfectly and the electric start is a Bonus!

Before making such a big purchase I did a lot of shopping and research on different generators and which would be the best choice for my family. I needed one that would be dependable, could run an RV or a section of my house when we loose power. The WGen9500DF came with clear instructions of initial set up, how to crank, and how to add to the load in stages. I chose to run it with propane instead of gas so it would run cleaner and propane has a longer shelf life. But I am glad to have the option to do either. We have not lost power yet, but the set up and initial cranking has been exactly what I was hoping for.

After losing power again after another bad storm we decided to get a generator to prepare for the next one. This unit looks to have plenty of power to handle the essentials but is much more economical for our situation than getting a whole house model. The dual fuel option is a big plus. Assembly instructions for the wheels were easy to follow.

We bought this to upgrade from an older generator. Iit's a nice looking unit and like the key fob for auto start. It takes both gas and propane, which is a nice feature. This generator has more horsepower than our older unit, is much quieter and looks to be sturdy enough to last another couple decades!!

I bought this generator to make sure I have something that runs on natural gas for my next power outage. I hooked it up and runs pretty nice. I like that it runs steady with no vibrations. I will update this review after I use it on my next power outage.
