Leaves looked poorly

I bought 2 of these. Both arrived damaged and pretty much dead. I have tried for well over a week to get a replacement sent and been given nothing but the runaround. I keep being told they will help but they keep directing me to other departments. I have literally spent HOURS trying to get to talk to someone who can help me get a refund or replacement. I wanted these for the holiday season. I definitely feel like they are doing everything they can to avoid making this right. I paid for a live, healthy plant and got nothing of the sort. I have been a Sam's Club member for 2 decades and I am beyond appalled.

It arrived in bad shape! I will be returning and won't ever purchase a live plant in the mail again :(
