The shop could have easily sold me two tires, or even four. They did not. I only needed one tire, I was told, and that is what was provided. Honest service is appreciated. Fair price and car ready when promised. Can not ask for more. Thank you.

My complex is undergoing renovations and twice my car picked up a nail. I limped in and they found the time to help me without notice. I never felt I was imposing at the end of the day.

They made the van ride smooth compared to the tires they replaced. The tires they replaced were some imported variety that came with the used van when I bought it. The old tires were balanced but still rode rough.

My old tires were almost too worn and slipping in the slightest amount of precipitation. These new tires have performed great so far on the snow we've received this winter. no more slipping and sliding!

So far so good. The last pair of tires on the front of our van only lasted 22000 miles in 2 years and needed air added every 3-4 weeks. These tires have not lost any air pressure since installed a month ago.

So far I like them, better than the oem tires that came in my 2021 Toyota RAV4 I do lots of city driving and in sunny California and mostly hot climate they get a good grip on the pavement are silent and good stopping when braking

Tires have a nice ride and seem to handle ok, but very noisy. I think there are better choices. I am concerned about longevity based on the size (245 50 R20) - time will tell. I will not likely replace them with like kind when the day comes.

The overall quality for the price I paid was great. However it was very difficult to order and get an appt made with a local servicer through the telephone customer service.

I dropped my phone and ran up on the curb at about 45 degrees. My front tires ended up with dimples on the side wall. I had to replace them. I still have two in the back. Assurance tires are pretty good tires over all though.

Made it through the first snowfall of winter with good traction and road handling. Hopefully, this trend will continue as winter is just getting started...
